I usually don't bother with this for source packages, but "tzlocal" is a name with high chances of creating annoying colisions. Since this source package is extremely unlikely to ever create non-python packages, maybe you should name the source package also "python-tzlocal"? -- "One disk to rule them all, One disk to find them.
