thanks for your work on this package but I think there is some minow
tweak left. If I run
git-buildpackage --git-debian-branch=debian/experimental
I get:
dh_auto_clean
I: pybuild base:170: python2.7 setup.py clean
libhdf5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
HDF5 autodetection failed; building for 1.8.4+
running clean
removing '/tmp/build-area/h5py-2.2.1/.pybuild/pythonX.Y_2.7/build' (and
everything under it)
'build/bdist.linux-x86_64' does not exist -- can't clean it
'build/scripts-2.7' does not exist -- can't clean it
I: pybuild base:170: python3.4 setup.py clean
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 11, in <module>
import numpy
ImportError: No module named 'numpy'

python3.4 setup.py clean

I vaguely remember that distutils sometimes causes trouble in clean
targets.
