Hi all, I am wondering about the following, what is the practical difference in a shell script between [ "$foo" ] and [ -n "$foo" ] or [ ! "$foo" ] and [ -z "$foo" ]
Looking up their literal meaning shows that they are different of course, but is there also a practical difference? Paul
