Hi Ross,
Thanks for your work on netcdf-fortran!
I've just sponsored the upload after make adding one last change;
installing the RELEASE_NOTES.md as the upstream changelog.
Because the new source package will have to go through NEW like
netcdf-cxx I'm closing this RFS manually.
