I only find netCDF 4.3.3-rc3 in the upstream branch, but no branch into which it's merged. The split-c-f-cxx branch still lists 4.3.2 in the changelog. 4.3.3-rc3 is also missing from the pristine-tar branch, which makes me suspect that you still have local changes not pushed to Alioth? `git push --all && git push --tags` should push all local branches and tags back to Alioth.
