This seems to be caused by version mismatch between g++ (4.8) and gfortran (4.9). g++ is build-essential, so it's installed in the chroot, and therefore more likely to go stale than packages that have to be installed on each build.

You could ask buildd admins (armhf@buildd.d.o, powerpc@buildd.d.o) to upgrade their chroots and then give back the package.

The question remains: how to avoid such build failures in the future? I don't have a good answer to that, I'm afraid.
