The tarball you've uploaded to mentors doesn't seem to be identical to the tarball available from upstream: 908b2fa00fe7a270e5a96c211e6d98eb procmeter3-3.6.tgz fc9d8848b0fc9c4824bbbe8da01a0a45 procmeter3_3.6.orig.tar.gz If you've repacked the tarball for whatever reason, please provide a get-orig-source target in debian/rules and/or document it in debian/README.source.
