Due to the strange way in which this font was created, it is probably a derivative work of many different fonts, some proprietary, some libre, some copyleft and some permissively licensed. As a result it is probably not distributable at all. At minimum, the copyright holders of the other fonts haven't been acknowledged. Or maybe it isn't even elegible for copyright protection, I'm not sure.
