A little. I tried to run autoreconf as part of the build process, but was unable to make it compile. This is quite a serious problem, and exactly the reason I prefer to have it part of the package build. Users who want to modify the Makefile.am or configure.ac are now unable to compile their modified version, because they don't know how. > Maybe it would be better to postpone additional changes for future uploads.
