I confess I've not reviewed DEP-3 for a while and just used the same format header as the existing patches. These are actually patches straight from upstream so it looks like "Origin: upstream, http://..."; is the best option here. Is that correct? I've uploaded a new version with that header and link to the appropriate changeset for all of the bug patches.
