It happened that I contacted Jakub Wilk that is wishing to review and to sponsor both openfst and phonetisaurus. I published the git repositories on collab-maint and we are using them to keep track of the latest updates (openfst packages expecially are big and it would be a waste of time and resources to upload them on mentors).
