I think it's really the best option I can come up with right now. The library is called 'libmusicbrainz4', but as I said I can't use that name as there's already a 'libmusicbrainz4-dev'. The package that libmusicbrainz4-dev is for is called something libmusicbrainz4c2a currently I think.
