Try to find in other distros. I found 
https://build.opensuse.org/package/files?package=djvusmooth&project=home%3ALazy_Kent
 for a document icon, but not for application icon.

Perhaps http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:DjVu-logo.svg ?

IMO is better talk with the upstream and propose the icons that you found, then 
all distros will use the same.
