[Previous mail was only sent to debian-mentors; was advised on irc that more expertise is on debian-python, so Cc'ing new list.]
Some more information regarding python-messaging: this is a Depends for Betavine Connection Manager (bcm) and wader-core, which I also plan on packaging (haven't filed ITP yet tho'). wader-core is interesting because it's a drop-in replacement for ModemManager, and has much broader support for Vodafone 3G USB modems than MM does. So, python-messaging is just my warm-up package, while I learn how to navigate the Debian waters. :) cheers, /ac * Alex Chiang <achi...@canonical.com>: > Dear mentors, > > I am looking for a sponsor for my package "python-messaging". > > * Package name : python-messaging > Version : 0.5.10-4+debian-1 > Upstream Author : Pablo Marti <pma...@warp.es>, Roberto Majadas > <roberto.maja...@gmail.com> > * URL : https://github.com/pmarti/python-messaging > * License : GPL v2 > Section : python > > It builds those binary packages: > > python-messaging - SMS/MMS encoder/decoder > > To access further information about this package, please visit the following > URL: > > http://mentors.debian.net/package/python-messaging > > Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command: > > dget -x > http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/p/python-messaging/python-messaging_0.5.10-4+debian-1.dsc > > I would be glad if someone reviewed and uploaded this package for me. > > thanks! > /ac > > > -- > To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-mentors-requ...@lists.debian.org > with a subject of "unsubscribe".
