Debian consists of a lot of volunteers spending their spare time on the project, so unfortunately some times it may take a while for people to respond. :) I say we give Andrew another 5-7 days reply; then if you have not heard from him, ping him again CCing the list. But most likely you will see an answer within 14 days of your first email.
