I only now realized that this package FTBFS, due to a missing executable
bit after unpacking. Strange, I was sure I had tested the build with
pbuilder.

I have uploaded a fix, and added two more changes: Vcs-* fields, and a
switch to dh syntax.


What's the policy WRT the Debian revision on such changes, here on
mentors? Should I have bumped the -1 to -2? -1 hasn't been sponsored
yet, so I wasn't sure.
