Not yet, but it's being worked on. I've been in contact with the NVIDIA Team, they expect the NVIDIA toolkit (with CUDA and OpenCL support) to be available RSN, see #581184. I don't anticipate an OpenCL extension for pyrit, though. That would require binary packages for each specific vendor implementation (eg pyrit-opencl-nvidia).
