Please fix the lintian errors and warnings:

Some more comments:
1. It looks like except for the get-orig-source target, you are using a standard build process. And
it even looks like this target isn't used anymore. You might remove all targets from the rules and
replace it with a simple:
%:
dh $@
2. debian/dirs is probably not necessary in your case.
3. You might add debian/source/format "3.0 (quilt)" to switch to the new Debian
format.
