debian/patches/debian-changes-0.1-1: - Uhm, you didn't want this patch, did you? :) The best way to deal with such spurious diffs is to remove whole *.egg-info in the clean target.I'm now using dh_clean (debian/clean) to avoid this patch. Is it ok to just drop it (quilt delete debian-changes-0.1-1) so it is no longer contained in my next upload (0.1-2)?
