Please form the synopsis so that it answers the question “What is
<package-name>?”.
That is, it should be a noun phrase such that one can take the
<package-synopsis> and plug it into a sentence of the form
“<package-name> is a <package-synopsis>”.
Somewhat less important, and more a matter of taste: I find it
off-putting for a package synopsis to talk about “you”.
Suggested improvement:
magical elf that changes desktop wallpaper automatically
where “magical elf” is, of course, replaced with whatever kind of thing
this is.
