The tar-balls cannot be found in [1] directly but rather in sub- directories of [2]. However, you'll find links to the files on [1]. You can thus use the format '<url> <pattern>' which will then download the website found at <url> and scan it for hrefs (i.e. <a href="...">) matching <pattern> (see the uscan(1) manpage for details).
