Yes, I should have mentioned it in the changelog, or at least via
email. :-/

That information is really more related to the packaging of swedish
than to the use of the swedish package. It looks mostly like notes on
how the package gets built, etc. Things like "that would be good to
check out" and "what is the word for 'bogus' in swedish?" were in
there. I really don't think they are relevant to the package and at
worst might confuse users.
