Do you mean /usr/share/mozilla-extensions dir? At least venkman is installed in that directory. I changed mozvoikko to build just one package. Now the extension files are installed in /usr/share/mozilla-extensions/mozvoikko and symlinks for Iceweasel and Icedove are created.
