Hi, I uploaded a new ia32-libs-tools to mentors.debian.net this afternoon and would like to invite all amd64 users to test it out. Mainly the new ia32-archive component needs a good look over. This is an atempt to reduce the source and code duplication ia32-libs currently imposes.
ia32-libs-tools handles converting 32bit i386 debs for use on amd64. ia32-archive creates a local archive of converted for use with apt. ia32-archive is preconfigured to provide a 32bit bzip2 as small test case. But you can add mplayer or wine and libs they depend on to the config if you want something bigger. The package is on mentors.debian.net. Source is called ia32-libs-tools.
