Dear list... No april fools joke unfortunatley. Today we experienced strange problems on mentors.debian.net. Like it segfaulted on common commands like 'ps' or aptitude. So we finally decided to reboot the system. Unfortunately it refuses to come back up properly. And since it's a colocated virtual system it's not simple to recover it.
If we should not be able to get it back up we will continue from the last backup on another server. Be assured that we try hard to get the system back online within the next 24 hours. So far no data seems to be lost.
