The headers say just "the GPL" yet GPL included in the sources is GPL v2.

So while one could argue whether bibutils is under GPL 1+ or GPL 2+, either
has a claim for validity, with the latter being a safer choice.

In case of doubt, you can include a single byte under GPL 2+ and thus force
the issue :p
