-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Dear mentors,
I am searching for sponsors for including a Falcon Programming Language package in Debian. Falcon aims to be the next generation scripting language, providing a wide set of programming paradigms, template file processing for web development and document based applications, radical internationalization and application extension support. It is distributed under the Falcon Programming Language License, an open source license which grants usability of the language in any kind of application, including commercial ones. More details are found on the site at http://www.falconpl.org The license is available there, and is also included in the bug request: #460591. The point of the license is that anyone is free to use Falcon and to include it in any kind of application, as long as it acknowledges this. Also, derivative works (i.e. an xfalcon language adding a "frobozz" statement to the Falcon grammar) must be distributed under the same license. I am somewhat advanced in having a package being accepted in Ubuntu, so I have also a quite policy-compliant packaging ready for mentor's inspection (and possibly upgrade). I can take care of packaging, but I can hand it over to anyone interested. We are gathering people in the project, and we're searching also for packagers. Bests, and Thank you in Advance, Giancarlo Niccolai -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFHiojJ5nwsoBIDC4YRAlNtAJ9On9BgFk8tHNCKE0aMurziXi6k8wCeLfoV lHhXE8A7GmDxuSogLqNpwow= =QKAA -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
