Hi mentors, I am looking for comments on the package csound.
Csound is a sound and music synthesis system. Drawing from over 450 signal processing modules, it can be used to model virtually any synthesizer or multi-effect processor. This new version (as compared to Debian's version) contains a large number of improvements, including: * New opcodes/reworked opcodes * New frontends * A C API for creating programs * Several bindings for the C API (C++, lua, java, tcl, python) * tclsh and wish interfaces * LADSPA plugin generator * CSoundAC, and Algorithmic Composition library * PureData csoundapi~ opcode. The package has been taken over from Hans Fugal with his blessing. There is one lintian warning but it is taken care of, so please ignore it (config.log is deleted at clean).
