Thanks for commenting, I made a little bit changes like,
* Build on Sid
* Use a watch file
* Add "XS-Vcs-Browser", "XS-Vcs-SVN", "Homepage" in control file
* Clear the debian/rules, delete the commands that are commented out
* Fix debian/copyright with reviewing the licenses used by different
pieces of code.
The package appears to be lintian clean.
