Why would you care ? The question people want to answer is "what
package do I need to fulfill the availability of: import foo", Answer:
python-foo.

The people who want to know that it is related to rmp repositories
metadata will do: apt-cache search rpm metadata and as you'll have the
proper description for your package, they'll find it as well.

If you name your package otherwise, people won't be able to answer the
first question anymore. You see, people that wrote the policy have not
done inconsiderate things.
