Hi,

I'm looking for a new (possibly long-term) sponsor. I've been previously
sponsored by Daniel Baumann, but as he'd like to reduce his sponsoring
workload, I'm looking for someone to take over the sponsorship. I've got
several packages in the archive already, and though most of them are legacy
software, I might be required to do uploads quite regularly in the next
months, mostly depending on the upstream activity in (III) below.

Here are my current upload desires:

I. (ITA from David Moreno Garza, #388211)
  Package Name: rxvt
  Version: 2.6.4-11
Upstream: present upstream maintainer Geoff Wing <[EMAIL
PROTECTED]>,
original source John Bovey et al.
  URL: http://sf.net/projects/rxvt
  License: GPL
  Section: x11

Binary packages built:
rxvt - VT102 terminal emulator for the X Window System
  rxvt-ml - multi-lingual VT102 terminal emulator for the X Window System

Note that this is the stable branch of the SF project, where development has
effectively ceased. However, the immediate appearance of two non-DD adopters
upon David's orphaning[1] suggested that the user base might be numerous enough
to keep it in the archive for now. I'll fix a few upstream bugs where feasible
and keep the dust off the package.

II. (already my package)
  Package Name: autofs
  Version: 4.1.4+debian-2
Upstream: Ian Kent <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, kernel.org mailing list
                        http://linux.kernel.org/mailman/listinfo/autofs
  Copyright Holder: Transmeta Corporation
  URL: ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/daemons/autofs
  License: GPL
  Section: utils

Binary packages built:
autofs - kernel-based automounter for Linux
autofs-ldap - LDAP map support for autofs
autofs-hesiod - Hesiod map support for autofs

This upload merely prepares the appearance of a new package, see below.
(I'm introducing a virtual package so daring users can smoothly jump back and
forth between autofs v4 and v5.)

III. (NEW package)
  Package Name: autofs5
  Version: 5.0.2-1
Upstream: Ian Kent <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, kernel.org mailing list
                        http://linux.kernel.org/mailman/listinfo/autofs
  Copyright Holder: Transmeta Corporation
  URL: ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/daemons/autofs/v5
License: GPL (three files under BSD)
  Section: utils

Binary packages built:
  autofs5 - kernel-based automounter for Linux, version 5
autofs5-ldap - LDAP map support for autofs, version 5
autofs5-hesiod - Hesiod map support for autofs, version 5

This is the development branch of autofs. It requires a fairly recent version
of the kernel autofs4 module (>= 2.6.17 - patches exist for kernels down to
2.6.9), so I'd like to target experimental at first. If it proves stable, I'll
drop to unstable in a few weeks (weird logic, heh).
