It's useful on it's own, but IMHO way too trivial to put into a seperate package. That's for a fairly wide-ranging definition of 'useful', too... If it turns out to be an issue, I'd rather drop the binary entirely. In fact, if I can swing it, I'd rather just not package this one, since nothing else uses it (that I know of... someone may have decided to inline the code into their own source tree).
