Yes, but this is generally not something you want to see, since there
are probably on the order of 10,000 bugs affecting packages which are
installed on a normal machine.

You can use comma delimited lists of packages to bugs.debian.org (ala:
bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=foo,bar,baz) but don't that
for more than a few packages is kind of silly.

What you probably really want is apt-listbugs or similar, which will
tell you about RC bugs which affect the packages you have installed.
