There is a circular dependency between festival-te and festvox-te-nsk:

festival-te 	:Depends: festvox-te-nsk
festvox-te-nsk 	:Depends: festival-te

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we

should try to get rid of them.
