Hi, I cannot sponsor, but I have a few comments.
* I don't see where the Copyright information in the package comes
from. I assume it is correct, but it would be good for the upstream
code to make it all clear. Also the debian/copyright differs
somewhat from the format normally used by current packages (which is
from the dh_make templates).
* Most packages use "$(MAKE)" rather than "make" in debian/rules.
* You have given a different license to debian/rules from that you
state the packaging is under in debian/copyright.
The package looks good apart from these though.
