I don't know if it is "bad" as there is a lib jlha. But my personal preference would be to name the *package* either jlha-utils (or libjlha-utils, maybe) or jlha-bin/libjlha-bin, and name the tool itself jlha (i.e. you get the jlha library, and if you call the jlha java binary, you get the jlha tool). -- "One disk to rule them all, One disk to find them.
