It is clear to me but for people searching for "time" it doesn't yield any results. Perhaps even a note that and why you removed the RFC file might find a place in a README.Debian. </nitpicking> But that's okay for any later revision of the package or you might as well ignore me. :) Other than that the package is uploaded.
