Hello, I am adopting Yorick, an interpreted language specialised in scientific (numerical) computations, with good drawing capabilities. The new version packaged here supports compiled add-ons.
I believe it makes sense to review this new Yorick package together with two add-on packages (I am packaging more) as design decisions were made to ease consistent packaging of such add-ons: yorick-z -- zlib, jpeg, png (and mpeg) support yorick-yutils -- a collection of interpreted utilities All three packages are pbuilder, piuparts, lintian and linda-clean, except for one warning for the main package: "The command rlwrap yorick 2> /dev/null || yorick listed in a menu file does not exist". This is due to the fact that I want the menu item to make use of rlwrap if it is available. (Note that this menu item works just fine whether rlwrap is installed or not). All these packages are available on mentors.debian.net. Best regards, Thibaut. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
