Hi Matt, hi list, wow, pretty bad news in this week's DWN about cyrus-sasl2 being orphaned. I checked popcon, and it has some 12.000 installations, so:
I'd really like to do something about it, but I doubt I could, at least not alone. I never took over a package, and hardly know how to apply patches correctly. So my point is: would anyone give me a good intro or even consider co-maintainership, so I could learn all that stuff? Seems like for people like me, we need some kind of Debian school ;-) Anyway: if any of you gurus (malay word for: teacher) out there can and is willing to help, I would file an ITA against the package. -- cheers, +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ | wjl aka Wolfgang Lonien | GPG key: 728D9BD0 | |---------------------------------| Fingerprint: | | Mail: | a923 2294 b7ed eb3e 2f18 | | wolfgang - at - lonien.de | ae56 aab8 d36a 728d 9bd0 | +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
