I meant: You already Build-Depend on tetex-bin, and thereby indirectly
on tex-common. But since your build explicitly uses tex-common, it
should also explicitly *Build-Depend* on it (with proper version).
Oops, I mistakenly read it "Depends" last time. Sorry.
