If I find Packages which include the Licence, I should file a bugreport
against the package? If YES, I will file immediatly arround 30 of them.
After looking into /usr/share/doc/$PACKAGE/ I have several times found
the GPL in form of READMEE.gz.
I have tried this on my own "pbuilder", but it is not possibel becasue
"linda" complains about it.
It seems, that some Maintainer do not test there Packages.
