I think you have to create a separate library package. Have a look at http://www.netfort.gr.jp/~dancer/column/libpkg-guide/libpkg-guide.html (you can find this by looking for "libraries" in the Developer's Reference, file:///usr/share/doc/developers-reference/index.en.html or http://www.de.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/). > 2.
