First of all, sorry for the previous message, that should've gone to debian-mentors-request. I've been using Debian for quite some time now, and now want to contribute to the project. I've created a package for Ogg::Vorbis::Header perl module, which I needed in a project I'm working on. Since it wasn't available, I thought packaging this would be a nice start towards contributing to Debian. I've built the package already, and am looking for a sponsor. I've filed a wnpp bug report, should receive the bug number in some time. (I'll update the changelog for the closes: tag and will have the final package ready after that is done.)
