We now have cryptographic software in the main archive. Since vtun is free, it should be moved from non-US to main. (The answer before the implementation of crypto-in-main would probably have been "yes, but entirely at your own legal risk", I think.) Cheers, -- Colin Watson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
