It's a library of basic structures for C programmers, modelled after Perl and STL. There is more about it here: http://www.annexia.org/freeware/c2lib/ The library may or may not be interesting, but my aim here is to get my webserver software (http://www.annexia.org/freeware/monolith/) installed on a Debian machine cleanly, using only dpkg. This library is one of the components. From there I can also offer the software as .deb (at the moment it comes as .tar.gz and .rpm only, so excluding Debian users).
