You should not declare the dependency manually, but rather find out why it is not being generated automatically and fix that problem. [clickety clickety] The problem is that libsidplay1 has no shlibs file. It's instead in libsidplay1-dev, where it doesn't belong, and so dpkg-shlibdeps doesn't work correctly.
