It seems to be not enough : I have in the base directory : gphoto2-2.0beta3/ gphoto2_2.0beta3-0.1.tar.gz gphoto2_2.0beta3-0.1.dsc gphoto2-2.0beta3.tar.gz gphoto2_2.0beta3-0.1_i386.changes gphoto2-dev_2.0beta3-0.1_i386.deb gphoto2_2.0beta3-0.1_i386.deb As you can see there are two tar.gz, the upstream one (renamed as you told me) and the full source.
