I have a similiar problem (lost key) and mailed keyring-maint a month
or longer ago and didn't get any response yet --- perhaps
keyring-maint is really linked to /dev/null? This is really bad, since
I can't upload any pkgs until my new key is in the keyring, I
think. :-(
