This is my first packaging experience...i read the New Maintainers Guide
and the debmake documentation...earlier i tried my hand out at making a
few rpms...

i tried packaging cups....however i didn't get a satisfactory result...all
the conf files that should be there in /etc/ are missing....i even tried
to give it as an option to configure

Below is my rules file

please suggest the changes that i should make in this file.....
and some other tips on packaging if possible
