I packaged a program I wrote, and I created a garchiver.mime file that gets installed into mailcap.
My problem is that Nautilus (and gmc) seems not to read from mailcap, but use files in /usr/share/mime. So I created a garchiver.keys file and everything works as expected. My question is: Why does Gnome not use mailcap? Or is there a standard way to add mime-types to Gnome? -- Danie Roux *shuffle* Adore Unix
